1. About Psytrance Net

Psytrance Net is a platform designed to help users discover psytrance and electronic music events, artists, organizers, and related community content.

Psytrance Net may display events, artist profiles, organizer profiles, links, images, descriptions, announcements, and other content created by Psytrance Net, event organizers, artists, users, or third parties.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Psytrance Net is not the organizer, producer, promoter, ticket seller, or host of the events listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

Event information may change at any time. Psytrance Net does not guarantee that event information is always complete, accurate, updated, or error-free.

You are responsible for confirming event details directly with the organizer, ticketing provider, venue, or official event channels before making plans, buying tickets, traveling, or attending an event.

Psytrance Net is not responsible for:

• event cancellations;
• date, time, lineup, price, or location changes;
• ticketing issues;
• refunds;
• entry restrictions;
• venue policies;
• safety conditions;
• transportation, accommodation, or travel costs;
• actions or omissions of organizers, venues, artists, sponsors, or third parties.

6. Organizers and Artist Profiles

Organizer and artist profiles may include information such as names, images, biographies, social links, event history, announcements, and other related content.

Some profiles may be created, claimed, verified, edited, or managed by organizers, artists, representatives, or Psytrance Net.

Verification, if displayed, only means that Psytrance Net has completed an internal review or confirmation process. It does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, guarantee, or legal responsibility for that organizer, artist, or event.

7. Content Submitted to Psytrance Net

You may be able to submit, upload, publish, or send content to Psytrance Net, including event information, flyers, images, logos, descriptions, links, announcements, comments, profile information, and other materials.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and share that content;
• the content does not infringe the rights of any person, artist, organizer, photographer, designer, label, brand, or third party;
• the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• the content does not violate applicable laws or these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Psytrance Net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, resize, format, distribute, and use that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

This includes displaying event flyers, artist images, organizer logos, descriptions, and related content across Psytrance Net pages, search results, social previews, newsletters, emails, or promotional placements related to the platform.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Psytrance Net to submit, upload, promote, or distribute content that:

• is false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• impersonates another person, artist, organizer, or entity;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;
• contains spam, scams, phishing, malware, or malicious links;
• promotes violence, hate, harassment, discrimination, or abuse;
• contains illegal content or promotes illegal activity;
• contains sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive material;
• attempts to manipulate rankings, visibility, event attendance, analytics, or platform features;
• interferes with the security, stability, or operation of Psytrance Net.

You also agree not to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Psytrance Net or its systems.

9. Moderation and Platform Review

Psytrance Net may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, remove, or limit the visibility of events, profiles, organizers, claims, images, links, comments, announcements, or other content.

We may take moderation actions at our discretion, including when content appears inaccurate, low quality, misleading, infringing, harmful, inactive, duplicated, suspicious, or inconsistent with the platform's purpose.

We are not required to publish or keep any content available on Psytrance Net.

10. Intellectual Property

Psytrance Net, including its name, design, interface, features, branding, code, visual style, and original content, is owned by Psytrance Net or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of Psytrance Net without our prior written permission, except as allowed by the normal use of the platform.

Third-party names, logos, images, event flyers, artist names, organizer names, social media links, and other materials may belong to their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Psytrance Net may contain links to third-party websites or services, including ticketing platforms, social networks, streaming platforms, maps, organizers, venues, artists, sponsors, and external content providers.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Psytrance Net may display advertisements, sponsored placements, featured events, promoted content, affiliate links, or other commercial content.

Sponsored or promoted content may be displayed in different areas of the platform. We may update, add, remove, or modify advertising and promotional features over time.

The presence of advertising or promoted content does not necessarily mean that Psytrance Net endorses the advertiser, event, organizer, product, or service.

13. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep Psytrance Net available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

The platform may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party providers, infrastructure problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the platform at any time.

14. Disclaimer

Psytrance Net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the platform will always be available;
• event information will always be accurate or updated;
• content will be free from errors;
• third-party links will be safe or available;
• events listed on the platform will take place as described;
• organizers, artists, venues, or third parties will meet your expectations.

You use Psytrance Net at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Psytrance Net will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, travel costs, ticket costs, event cancellations, or damages related to third-party actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Psytrance Net after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
